BDC Strategy Group is now a member of the PR Council, the U.S. trade association for public relations agencies. We’re proud to join this community and excited about what it means for our team and our clients.
About the PR Council
The PR Council brings together more than 150 agencies, from global networks to mid-size, regional, and specialty firms. Its focus is on the issues that matter most to agency leaders: attracting and retaining talent, growing client relationships, and building stronger firms. Members learn from trusted peers, take on shared challenges, and build knowledge together through the Council’s networking, resources, and training opportunities.
Why We Joined
“There’s no better time to be running an independent, boutique agency. Clients want innovative, senior-level counselors who can help them navigate a changing landscape and who understand the risks and opportunities facing their business,” said Bernadette Davis, founder and chief strategist of BDC Strategy Group. “That’s how we’ve built our team. We’re well positioned for our next stage of growth, and the PR Council’s resources and network of agency leaders will help us keep learning and continue delivering for our clients.”
Value From Day One
Our team is already finding value in the Council’s resources, particularly in three areas:
Agency planning. Guidance that helps us think about how we grow and operate as a firm.
RFPs. Resources that sharpen how we approach and respond to new business opportunities.
AI. Insight into how agencies are thinking about AI and putting it to work responsibly.
Just as valuable is the connection to peer agency leaders across the country. Those relationships give us new perspectives on the challenges we share and the opportunities ahead.
What It Means for Our Clients
Everything we learn through the Council comes back to the work we do for our clients. Membership strengthens our ability to deliver the strategic communications, executive communications, media relations, content, and design work our clients count on.
We’re grateful to the PR Council for the warm welcome and look forward to contributing to the conversations and work ahead.
