The Ideas Lab with Paul Dillon

At BDC Strategy Group, we work alongside exceptional leaders across communications, corporate social responsibility and impact, inclusion, employee engagement, and business strategy. The learning never stops and we believe it shouldn’t be limited to our internal team.

That’s why we launched The Ideas Lab, a monthly learning series that brings together experts across industries to share timely insights, practical strategies, and real-world lessons on communications, leadership, and business.

We created this series to help our team continue to grow and we’re extending the invitation to our colleagues, partners, and their teams.

You’re welcome to join us.

Clarity at the Top: How CEO Communication Sets the Tone

Paul has built a career helping senior leaders communicate with purpose and impact.

After a decade as a newspaper reporter, Paul moved into media relations and soon executive
communications, where he found his calling. He supported top leaders at Disney and Hilton for 20 years,
writing their speeches and messages, putting them in front of the right audiences, and helping them tell
stories in powerful and personal ways.

Now a consultant, Paul provides executive writing and editorial support to leading companies in
entertainment, travel and technology.

In this Ideas Lab session, Paul will talk about how to build your skills and thrive as an executive
communicator, the unique pressures and rewards of the role, and how clarity and relatability always win
the race.
